Use this ticket type if you have a question about how the SightWorks Platform or your site works.
If something is not working as expected with the SightWorks Platform, or with one of your sites, select this type. Provide as much detail as you can (you can even attached screenshots) so that we can address your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you are looking to have changes or additions made to your site select this type and let us know what you would like done.
If you are looking to schedule SightWorks Platform training for you or your staff, select this type and let us know what you want to learn and when. We will follow up with you and schedule the training. Note: most training is held online via GoToMeeting.
If you need to meet, either in person, by phone of via an online meeting using GoToMeeting, let us know. We will follow up with you and schedule a day and time that works for your team and ours.
